What songs make you cry? and why?

My friend Yvonne and i were talking for like 15 to 30 minutes  about everything every time  were both online in facebook. We have meaningful conversations. We exchange ideas,opinions and thoughts. Then yesterday she brought up about my favorite song. We exchange stories about our favorite songs. We just love music but can't carry a tune he!!!he!!!  Yvonne, Give me an idea for my next blog. What if i ask my friend what songs makes them cry?-and why? Here are some of their answers?


Benjo Alvarez- maraming beses ako umiyak sa song ni Raymond Lauchenco na  "Farewell" tsaka  yong ponobre  na tugtog yong pinatogtog pag may libing "Hindi kita makakalimutan."


Hashir Ali- all sad songs. Nothing specific.


Christian Joseph Adanza- Happy Birthday! pagkinakantahan ako  sobrang touch ako sa celebration na surprise ako kaya napaiyak ako kasi daming nakaalala. Naiiyak din ako pag ako lang kumakanta ng Happy birthday to me kasi walang nakaalala.


Nanay Susie- "MAALALA MO KAYA"


Ivony Floran Torremonia- Yong kinakanta sa akin ni Jay (Marry your daughter Brian Mcknight).


Engr. Joey Walis- Imno ng PUP. kasi hanggang ngayon di ko kabisado yan.

Karen Puig- Akin ano "Sino ako(Hiram sa Diyos).

Maam Yeng Neng- The moon represents my heart Chinese Vesrion by Teresa Teng and Pengyou.

Carlo Magno- Paalam na aking mahal by Rachel Alejandro. Iniiwan kasi ako ng mga syota ko lage.

Vern Halen   -Sad Song by Lou Reed off of Berlin - perhaps the saddest song of all.

Sara of Nestle Logisitc Dept.- I think Britney's "Everytime" is kinda sad.

And "Unbreak my heart" By Toni Braxton.And the Titanic song! I saw the movie again yesterday, and I was SO close to crying!!

Victor Lana- Some good choices in the post and comments. My top two of the moment are:Tim McGraw's "Live Like You Were Dying" (I know it's meant to be inspirational, but I think of his Dad every time {my hero Tug McGraw} and get all choked up)

Dido's "White Flag" is another song that breaks me every time.

Marie Dajay - Another vote for "Hurt," but I like the original version better. Cash may well be the superior performer overall, but Nine Inch Nails' version really gets to me.

The instrumental theme to "Midnight Cowboy" by Ferrante & Teicher is another good one.

Jane Suarez- Hawak Kamay by Yeng Constantino. Mga  version ni Aiza Seguerra make me cry also.

Narda Ding- Points of view kanta ng tropa Disaster's.

Mara of  Nestle Logistic Dept.-I absolutely LOVE 'Your Song.' I'm also fan of the sadness in 'Alone Again Naturally For pure cheese, there's 'Teen Angel' and 'Billy Don't Be a Hero.awaaaaaaayyyyyy." (Sniff)


Reggie (Nagmamaganda)-

I swear "my heart will go on" still turns on my water works.

Jane Ortega- Michael jackson "heal the world"

Michael Garcia- Brad Paisley & Alison Krauss - Whiskey Lullaby

One of the saddest songs I have ever heard.

She put him out like the burnin' end of a midnight cigarette

She broke his heart he spent his whole life tryin' to forget

We watched him drink his pain away a little at a time

But he never could get drunk enough to get her off his mind

Until the night

He put that bottle to his head and pulled the trigger

And finally drank away her memory

Joshua Adanza- sayo muna Insan Joy Ano kanta that makes you cry???  Akin siguro ano Anak by Freddie Aguilar at Ugoy ng Duyan alam mo naman kung gaano ako kapasaway na anak di ba? Naiiyak din di ba dun sa "Ugoy ng duyan".

Rodrigo Salazar -Willie Nelson's 'You were alway on my mind'

makes me cry. Mga old songs na nakakaiyak.

Dawdaw Adanza- songs. nga masubo Neng  damo okay lang ba? Iban guro wala mo da mabatian sa Pinas pa.

Timmy Adanza- Neng Joy siguro akon ano Babalik ka rin by Garry V. sobra na gid ako ka home sick gusto ko na mapuli sa Calamba. And mga Christmas songs subong makapahibi man sa akon.
