-is one man who has come a long way and journey isn't over yet!
A Leonians future triathlete Ric Soliman has been his dream since before he even stepped into high school. This man has certainly come a long way and is not done yet. Now,however Ric is fighting for the one dream he has aspired to achieve from the moment he laid eyes on the triathletes who inspired him to join the iron man.
A short conversation with my iron man.

Ric: Una gid Endurance,passion and dapat ga enjoy ka e.
Joy: Dream mo kundi bala maka join sa KONA Ironman Championship.
Ric: Huo gid pangga kung may budget na ta kag di amo na kadali ang preparation ayhan.
Joy: Pagdako ka anak mo paano mo sya e encourage nga maging athelete kag paano ka maging ehemplo sa iya.
Ric: Una gid si God e explain mo ang talent or skills nya from God na.Bata pa lang discipline na gid e sa gina kaon kag gamay pa lang tudluan ko na sya mag bike e motivate ko gid sya mayo e.
