Life is a remarkable journey that takes us up and down a road of happiness, growth, interaction, love, fear and sometimes pain and hardship, which comes with all the good we are blessed with. Everyone has their own journey, yet we all experience the same emotions and struggles that are synonymous with life. Our journey will begin with our first cry at birth and end with our last breath at our death. "I think that's what makes it kind of interesting blog i make.

A working mother

When i was very small and did not yet understand things about God,my mother told me, "Si Jesus lagi nating kasama iyan" Isipin mo na lang sya at nandyan na sya na pwede mo syang kausapin." (Jesus is always there for us. Just think of him and his there, you may converse with him.)
I believe her, maybe because she was a very kind woman and her talk would almost always refer to "ang sabi ng panginoon"(what the Lord God says). Young and impressionable as i was,I imagined she was always in conversation with Jesus because she tell us children when she’d dream of Jesus.
Only much later,in adulthood, did I realize how long and lasting and powerful that childhood impression could be.When Im in really trying situations at work.My mother’s words about the presence of Jesus would come to mind and I would "automatically".almost unconsciously engage in a mental conversation with Him! I wpould remember "ang sabi ng panginoon. "LOVE YOUR ENEMIES. DO GOOD TO THOSE WHO HATE YOU. Turn the other cheek .Learn from me,for iam meek and humble of heart. Then i would be at peace doing my work assual, thinking. "This ,too ,shall pass."
My mother is a "working woman" raising me and she need to work flexible, anything etc. She would still find time to read the Bible. Reading today’s Gospel reminded me of her. I realize she was is a true "disciple of Jesus, the first to have been sent into my life."
